Description
Columbus 18s 23j SW/LS Columbus King railroad grade pocket watch with adjusted nickel movement #503216 c1898. The DS enamel arabic numeral dial is signed "Columbus King 23 Jewels" with bezel rub between 4 & 8 o'clock that is covered by the bezel plus a small edge chip at the lever barely visible with the bezel in place; the blued steel hands are excellent. Comes in a 20 Year gold filled SB & B case with an excellent exterior appearance with sharp engraving; has a slightly brassy appearance inside the back cover with s couple of spots and a very thin line of brassing on the edges of the back/bezel at approximately 6 o'clock, each 1" in length that you must look for to see; there are minor nicks around the edge of the frame plus a few light scratches; has a nice crown and bow and excellent glass crystal. Runs well and keeps good time.
